May 2 Aging Program by Nancy Dunkin

Hi Sisters,
Here is the resource bibliography people asked for regarding the topics I discussed in my “Aging” program Thursday evening.
Cellular Health
- Cellular Awakening by Barbara Wren
Movement
- The Egoscue Method of Health Through Motion by Pete Egoscue
Breathing
- Science of Breath by Yogi Ramacharaka
This book is a free download from the Yoga Publication Society. Do not be fooled by knock-offs. This is the original guru--well not the original guru but the first to write about it and translate it to English. There are many other books by Ramacharaka on the website. I have most of them if you want to borrow.
Fiber
- Bios Life 2C #22888 - my # 25121801
Use my number. I bought a membership so I could get it wholesale and I think
retail is way too expensive. Don’t let them talk you into Bios Life Slim. I think the website is a little hard to use. They try to bundle stuff I don’t want with the Bios Life so don’t let them do that unless you want those products.

Positive Thinking
I’m going to put out a whole separate list since there are so many of them. Many are very old--but then so am I. Please note: I wasn’t born yet when Proverbs was written!
Dumping Issues
You Can Heal Your Life
by Louise Hay
Feelings Buried Alive Never Die
by Karol Truman
Zero Limits
by Joe Vitale
You Can Tap for That
by Nancy Dunkin
Interpreting Your Dreams
by Tom Chetwynd
This little book is out of print but still available. Most dream books are
awful. This one is very good.
AIM
- Sanctuary by Stephen Lewis and Evan Slawson
I’m not sure you can get this anywhere but from the company although there is an ISBN. Check Patti Middleton’s website: www.aimforjoy.com
Centerpointe
- Thresholds of the Mind by Bill Harris
www.centerpointe.com
If you should decide to do this I hope you will do it through me. I don’t really sell this stuff but I get a reduced rate on what I buy if I refer people.
BioMat
- I unabashedly sell this anti-aging device which I think is the greatest invention since buttons on shirts. So if you are interested, see me or Barb Guist. I have a little book written by a Japanese with both the protocol and the science behind the protocol in 4 Japanese Cancer Centers. Fascinating, but not easy to read. I have written a little booklet which helps explain what the BioMat is and how it works.
Meditation
- I will teach a class in this if anyone is interested. It will be a 4-6 week class. The first two classes will be learning a 15-minute physical exercise routine (easier and shorter than the above Egoscue book), second class learning breathing exercises. Only after learning these will we be start learning meditation. Fall is a good time to start. Like the animals we go into a “hibernation” mode as the days gets shorter and winter is by far the easiest time of year for novices to learn to meditate. It is also easier to learn in a group: “When two or more are gathered in my name . . . “ Let me know if you are interested.
ENJOY staying well.
