August 1 Meeting

On a personal note....

• Joyce Snapp shared that her sister Judy, who has Alzheimer’s, has had a devastating fall and asks that we keep her in our prayers. 
• Anne thanked the Chapter for all of the cards sent to her and John as support during their grief over his brother’s death. 
• On a happier note, Anne shared the dates of her upcoming jewelry shows at four art shows. Sunday, Aug. 25, is correct rather than Saturday. 
•  Jean Kelly shared that her mother has taken a fall and is now in a re-hab facility; she, too, will welcome our prayers. 
• Dianne Sievers shared that their newest grandniece in Seattle will have surgery to repair fused skull sutures. 
• Denise Pecoraro has a new grandniece in Florida.

July 11 Meeting

On a personal note....

• Sondra shared that BC will appreciate meals for their family. Marty is coordinating these efforts, and Sondra is coordinating food for the small family reception after the service. The service for their son Chris will be Thursday, June 18, 4:30 p.m., at Rockland Community Church. 
•  Ann Kruger’s father passed away this week. They are in California with family. 
•  Ashley Lansing is expecting and due in February. 
• Nancy Dunkin had her second surgery, and everything has come back negative, clear. 
• Sondra and Bob Inman will be celebrating their 50^th anniversary August 3. 
• August 6 is Sue Queen’s 25^th anniversary. 
• Ann Hushen’s son and family have moved to Evergreen. 
• Penny Page’s daughter and family are moving to Evergreen as well. 
• Pam Renney has seen bear cubs in her backyard this week.
